Adds
opencode-clarifyto the Plugins table in the Ecosystem page.It is an OpenCode 2 TUI plugin that rewrites rough, plain-language prompts
into precise technical prompts via
/clarify, a-clarifymarker, or thecommand palette. It lives in
plugins/tui/, uses the current TUI plugin API(
{ id, setup }withapi.keymap.layer), and is a port ofdodo-reach/pi-clarify (MIT), credited in the repo.

How did you verify your code works?
The plugin was tested locally in opencode2 (nightly next-17403):
/clarifyand
/clarify:modelload and run. The change itself is a single table row;I verified the file renders with the existing table format.
